Health Guarantee

All of our gliders will be seen by my vet prior to departure, a fecal float and smear will be done as well as obtaining a health certificate.

All of our gliders will come with a 72 hour health guarantee.

Gliders must be taken into the vet for a health check within this time or immediately if the glider is showing any signs of illness.

All fees, tests and vet bills are the responsibility of the new owner .  If you fail to comply with the  requirements , we reserve the right to void your health guarantee.

Trauma, stress related illnesses, and bacterial infections related to stress, are NOT covered. 

This guarantee does not cover accidents, neglect or mistreatment of any kind.

Deposits

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposits and payments may be made in the form of PayPal or cash unless other arrangements have been made.

A non-refundable deposit of 1/4 of the price of a joey is required to hold a joey until completely weaned.  The balance of the joey and shipping fee will be due one week before shipping if the joey is to be shipped or at the time of picking up the joey if the joey will be picked up at our home.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an adoption, for any reason, at any time before the glider leaves my home.  If we back out of a sale, the buyer will receive a complete refund. (Less the deposit)

Shipping

We only ship to legal states within the continental US.  Shipping is available through Continental Airlines, at the buyers expense, for $225.00.  The price of shipping includes shipping crate, pouch, inital vet visit with my vet and a health certificate.  If Continental Airlines does not fly into your city, we can make accomodations  with other airlines though prices may vary.

Age Policy

We apologize but it is our policy not to sell to anyone under the age of 18. It is our belief that gliders are too great of a commitment for anyone that young.
